whoa. i kinda just scared the shit outta myself. like 10mins ago i got so angry with my father that i kicked and banged on my dad's room's door 30+ times with FULL force. yes i meant full and you can hear like BANG and THUD. i didn't stop and took out a spanna and wacked on his door knob cause he had his door locked and wouldn't open, just ignored me.
lol i guess he was scared the shit out by me himself. but wow i didn't thought i'd express my anger in such a way. it was really scary man. frightened the shit outta myself too. i guess i should read some articles on anger management.
